Individuals and organizations are complex and interconnected. Creating the conditions in which personal and professional transformation can occur for employees at all levels requires a comprehensive approach that honors this truth and that goes way beyond the conventional “wellness or else” model.  Taking a lesson from Maslow’s well-known Hierarchy of Needs, this session introduces the Thriving Organization Pyramid, a new paradigm model that explains why the traditional approach to organizational and employee health so often misses the mark – and what to do instead.
