Here is everything you need to get ready for the conference.

IMPORTANT: If you have not yet done so, please complete and return the signed Exhibitor Terms and Contract. It is required to secure your exhibit space.

Dates and Times

Set up:
Tuesday, April 21 | Noon – 8:00 pm
Wednesday, April 22 | 7:00 am – 8:00 am

Exhibit Hours:
Wednesday, April 22 | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday, April 23 | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Welcome and Orientation
We will hold an orientation on Tuesday from 5:00 – 6:00 pm
Plan to join us for that. It’s a good way to meet conference attendees at the very beginning of the conference in an informal, relaxed setting that has structured networking.

Important Notice: Shipping

Plan to ship your materials to arrive no earlier than April 17 to avoid additional storage fees.  Please see the shipping instructions above for details and materials handling fee schedule.
The handling fees for your materials will be charged to the room of your onsite representative, or to their credit card. They must sign for the packages when they are delivered to your exhibit space. We will have a phone number your representative will call when they are ready to have their packages delivered to the exhibit space.

Exhibit Space

You will receive a six-foot skirted table. Your display must fit within that space. You may place display items on top of and behind the table. If it exceeds a width of six feet, you will be asked to modify.

We’ve partnered with Expo Pass to help maximize your exhibit experience. Expo Pass makes it easy for your sales team to gather contact information just by scanning attendees’ badges with their smart phone or other mobile device. You can also gather additional information from your prospects that’s important to you – such as number of employees, or type of business – by pre-loading custom questions your team can ask at your exhibit, and with a tap, enter the information for that contact. After the show, download a full report for follow-up.
